We’re just a month away from both Olympic Trials and the start of another recruiting cycle. This month we thought it would be worth turning the newsletter over to people with REAL experience in the complex and often overwhelming world of recruiting - College Freshmen.  

We surveyed several thousand current college swimmers about the experience. Their responses were both daunting and encouraging. While no one would want to go through the process again, their overall tone was one of reassurance, emphasizing that ultimately, things tend to fall into place, albeit often not without significant stress and effort. What they said, oftentimes had more to say about themselves than the schools themselves and that’s where we’ll focus today.
