The NLI signing period opened up last month but recruits have been committing (and decommitting) verbally for months now so we wanted to know, when do they happen, and when should they? It’s a popular topic and gave us a chance to flex our chops. We analyzed data from the past 9,800 commitments. It’s the type of information you can only get from Swimcloud.
